We are committed to providing high quality products at competitive prices. Each of our dolls is custom made, with specific options you select.
The order processing process begins within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that once production has started, it will not be possible to cancel your order. Cancellation of the order is only allowed within the first 24 hours.
For orders canceled within the first 24 hours, an 80% refund will be issued. However, it is important to note that there are no cancellations or refunds for orders with custom options added.
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information will be subject to a 20% handling fee and will not be refunded.
Every doll on Passion4dolls goes through a rigorous quality control before leaving the factory. In the event that your doll has defects upon receipt and has not been used in any way, we can arrange for the doll to be returned provided you notify us within 24 hours of receipt (with photographic evidence attached). However, return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
Please note that we cannot replace the doll if the damage is caused by you. Dolls are not indestructible, so it is important to exercise caution in their handling and use. You can find more information about cleaning and caring for dolls on our blog.
